The tape is in a red BASF LGS 26 box with a spool of 10,2 cm and speed of 9,5 cm/sec. It is a sile sound show in two parts, part 1 and part 2. Part 2 is Band 202. The change of the slides is indicated by a bell sound. It is the story of the mission in the Baliem valley according to N. van der Stoep. It is the story of a journey from Hollandia to the new hospital near the town to a protestant boys continuation school near the Sentani lake. Then to the airfield to take an airplane with the Missionary Aviation Fellowship to Tiom in the Baliem valley. Then we get a description of the life of the inhabitants and some mouth harp tunes. Then festivities, songs and dances and finally a present for the wife of van de Stoep. A small pig. There is a text book. The tape was made after 1959 and 1962. The original tapes and pictures of Van der Stoep are in the Museum of Ethnology in Leiden.
